Waylon Cosner, LPCC
Philosophy
Waylon believes that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling, hope-filled, and meaningful life. His counseling services are designed to help clients unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Waylon aims to offer a safe place for all of God’s children to heal, grow, and experience restoration. He focuses on providing a space for empathy, healing, compassion, and hope to those he serves.
Approach
Waylon’s approach promotes authentic connection, a safe space, client advocacy through information and resources and problem-solving. He believes in the power of prayer (should you desire that to be part of your therapy experience) and approaches counseling from a Christian foundation, believing that we are all created in the image of God and inherently valued. Waylon welcomes all clients regardless of their spiritual beliefs and is committed to each person’s unique growth and healing path. He believes in the importance of a holistic “whole person” approach. Knowing that recovery, healing, and growth happens in many ways, uniquely for each client, he believes an integrated approach is most effective.
