Soul Care Groups
During these interactive classes, we will learn core concepts and practical skills to increase our understanding of body, mind and spirit. Examples of course offerings include:
Mindfulness: reduce anxiety and stress by learning to develop a non-judgemental, curious and compassionate attitude toward self and others.
Self Compassion Practice: learn to offer ourselves a kind and understanding attitude when we suffer, fail or feel inadequate.
Relaxation and Breathing practice
Meditation: learn to increase awareness and focused attention for the purpose of creating a sense of calm and inner peace.
Movement: engage in mindful physical movement to support positive mental health and self acceptance
Lectio Divina/Visio Divina: a spiritual practice based on Biblical concepts and texts
