I believe that many of us have a love-hate relationship with being CONNECTED. There’s nothing as comforting as the feeling of “being at home” with ourselves, another human or God. It truly is a gift for our bodies, minds and spirits to give and receive the sense that it’s good to just “be me”. And yet, those experiences can get complicated, confusing and disrupted at times. Did you know…this is part of the human experience and it’s ok? In fact, there is much to learn about disruption or loss of connection. What really matters is that we are able to tolerate the distress and find our “way home.” In 2023, we will explore the resources we already have and learn how to the strengthen ourselves to experience healthy, life-giving CONNECTION. Where do we meet? Hope for the Journey Counseling Center in Loveland, CO - 1401 South Taft Avenue, Second Floor
Cost? $65 includes instruction, art materials and a facilitated group experience. Each participant will bring a pre-purchased mixed media journal. All other supplies are provided.
