Sarah is skilled and experienced in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and grief processing. A unique and empowering approach that she brings to her role as a healer, is Equine Assisted Therapy. She is equipped and eager to help people navigate through life transitions, guide clients through trauma recovery, help in the healing of attachment wounds, and explore questions of faith and spirituality.
Sarah acknowledges the bravery it takes to seek help through the counseling relationship. She values a collaborative approach, walking beside each unique and valued person to heal and grow.

Availability: Sarah offers office hours Thursday through Saturday and Monday mornings.

In her free time Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and adores time with her beautiful daughter. She also appreciates exploring beautiful Colorado and spending time with her five horses and two dogs. Sarah loves to read and pursue avenues for personal and professional growth.
