Devin takes a compassionate and person-centered approach to therapy. She acts as a motivator to bring grace and truth together for clients to feel they are moving forward and not staying stuck. Devin sees the best in others and the roadblocks that stand in the way of greatness, and desires to help her clients navigate their way towards freedom. She is warm, honest, and understands the complexities that trauma and loss bring in life.

Devin has worked in organizational development, marketing, sales, and management before following the venture to become a counselor. She has a unique focus to help executives, leaders, first responders, members of armed forces, veterans, and men and women who are struggling with life changes and direction.

Devin comes alongside her clients to help create a plan to accomplish their goals. She enjoys empowering clients to create positive, lasting changes in their lives. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship to foster healing and growth, offering a collaborate and holistic approach to counseling.

Education & Experience: Devin received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Colorado State University, her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Master’s in Corporate Education/Training from Colorado Christian University.

Devin has worked with men in sober living, young to seasoned adults working through intergenerational conflicts, groups focused on grief and loss and people struggling with unresolved trauma, fear, and shame.
